Jam Foam Theory began with a feeling. The kind that's hard to name but impossible to forget. It's about the small things that hold the most — a flower, a table set by your grandmother, a piece of confetti on the floor weeks after New Year's.

We believe that love lives in details. That memory is a kind of magic. And that each of us carries a unique sweetness, like jam, different every time, covered in foam made of care, moments, and the people we love.
It all began in a garden. Where childhood felt endless, and everything was alive with meaning.

The Story: Forget-me-not
I hold a forget-me-not in my hand and look at it.

Trying to understand what exactly I am not supposed to forget.

The name carries a quiet command inside it. Don't forget. But... don't forget what?

I get lost in the color. That soft blue. Such a simple shape, something almost anyone could draw. Five small petals around a tiny yellow center. Nothing complicated. Nothing dramatic. And somehow it became a symbol of something deeply important. Something people have been giving to each other for centuries, when words were not enough.

I find myself thinking about all the things I am afraid to forget. Faces. Smells. The way light fell in a room I will never be in again. The sound of a voice. Small moments that felt ordinary then, and feel precious now, only because they are gone.

Maybe that is why this flower exists. Not to be beautiful. Not to be noticed. But to ask the question, quietly, every time you see it. What is it that you are holding onto? What is it that you are afraid to lose?
I still don't know what I am meant to remember.

But I keep thinking about the flower. And somehow... I don't forget.

Maybe that's the point.
