The Site is operated by Anna Philippova, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1. About This Site
This Site showcases the Jam Foam Theory collection, the stories and ideas behind each design, and the brand's identity. While the current focus is on silk scarves, the project is intended to expand into other lifestyle and stationery products, including journals, paper goods, home accessories, candles, napkins, and similar items. The Site is informational and currently does not operate as a full e-commerce platform with online checkout or payment processing.

2. Purchasing Our Products
Our products are primarily available through partner retail stores in Prague. In some cases, direct purchases and worldwide shipping may be arranged individually via email. Any such direct sales will be subject to terms (price, shipping cost, payment method, and delivery timeframe) agreed separately between us and the customer by email.

3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions and images on the Site accurately represent our products. Slight variations in color, finish, or materials may occur due to the handmade or limited-edition nature of some items and individual screen displays. Items marked "Coming Soon" are not yet available for purchase and prices shown are indicative only.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, illustrations, patterns, and brand materials — belongs to Anna Philippova / Jam Foam Theory unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Third-Party Retailers
We are not responsible for the policies, pricing, availability, or customer service of independent partner stores where our products are sold. Purchases through a third-party retailer are subject to that retailer's own terms.

6. Direct Sales, Returns, and Refunds
For direct purchases arranged with us, EU consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under EU consumer protection law. To exercise this right, contact us at jamfoamtheory@gmail.com within the 14-day period. Items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
